After you send STOP, we will send an SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the website and services of Atlas Recovery Partners (operating under The Green Door Company LLC), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service Atlas Recovery Partners provides B2B consulting and referral services to assist U.S. businesses in identifying and recovering refunds, credits, and government overpayments. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.
3. Atlas Recovery Partners SMS Alerts Users can expect to receive text messages regarding their refund recovery inquiries and status updates. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at your@atlasrecoverypartners.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Limitation of Liability
Atlas Recovery Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claims under these terms is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific services rendered.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State where the firm is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
